November 2012 when I graduated and decided to work to earn some money.. I applied as a call center agent and got rejected twice but thats not the end.. I tried again and luckily got hired under telecom acct..

Why in a Call Center? Because of high compensation and because I thought it was easy and fun to talk to foreign customers..

I dont know if its the job.. Maybe its just me.. coz I didn’t find it funny. Yes, it was fun to earn money twice a month.. Buy what you want but these things are not enough to feel the happiness and the fulfillment..

I still want to work as a nurse coz in that field I know I’ll find my worth.. Iba parin yung alam mong magaling ka sa ginagawa mo dahil yun ung pinagaralan mo.. 

Hindi lahat ng Nurse na nagaapply bilang call center agent ay masaya.. wala lng tlga clang choice, bukod sa mababa na ung sweldo, limited pa ung opportunity na mahire ka unlike in Call Center Industry, kahit hindi ka ganun kagaling mag-english susweldo ka padin ng kahit hindi man kalakihan atleast sapat na pra tustusan ang yong pangangailangan..

Training palang namin gusto ko na magresign, and out of our wave, kung cno pa ung mga gustong magresign nung una, cla pa ung mga natitira..

Tulad ko? No choice babalik ka tlga kc kailangan mo ng pera.. :)
